Monthly Vedantic Meditation Retreats

Join Swami Satyamayananda at the Vedanta Society of Western Washington’s serene Tapovan Retreat Center in Arlington, Washington for a Monthly Vedantic Meditation Retreat. These retreats are an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice in a tranquil, informal setting. Participants will learn new techniques, experience the power of group meditation, and engage in a flower-offering ceremony. There’s also time to ask Swami Satyamayananda questions and share insights.
From time to time we also invite guest Swamis and Nuns from the Order to offer retreats. Join our Email List and/or consult our Calendar for notification of these and other Special Events.
After the Retreat, we will have a potluck snack and tea; and you’re welcome to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and attend the nightly Vespers and Meditation (Arati).
Retreats are free and open to all, regardless of prior meditation experience or knowledge of Vedanta. Simply come and immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere. The program begins at 11am and lasts approximately 4 hours, with the option to extend your stay. Please note that this is an in-person event at Tapovan, and no livestream is available at this time.
