Mother’s Children is a youth program for children ages 4–14, held on Sunday mornings during our regular Ashrama activities. Through stories, activities, and discussion, children are introduced to the principles of Vedanta in an age-appropriate way while also nurturing a spirit of service and spiritual awareness.
Program Details:
- Duration: 90 – 110 minutes
- Time: Mother’s Children drop-off window is 9:45–9:55am. The ashrama’s Sunday Vedanta Practice begins promptly at 10am with group meditation. Parents are therefore asked to arrive within the drop-off window and settle children and themselves before 10am. Late arrival is disruptive to the meditation period and the children’s program.
If you plan on bringing your child, please email the Mother’s Children program coordinators to let them know of your interest in the program and to ask any questions ahead of the session.
