Vedanta Society of Western Washington will hold a Retreat on Yoga Philosophy including a Guided Meditation followed by a Q&A session, on June 11, 2022 at Tapovan, in Snohomish County.
This Retreat is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and is open to all. The agenda is as follows:
1. Opening talk
2. Guided Meditation
3. Tea/coffee break
4. Q & A
5. Closing remarks
Such Retreats will be pretty intense and will be held on the second Saturday of every Month.
