Special guests Pravrajika Preetiprana and Pravrajika Vedaprana, visiting nuns from the San Francisco Convent, are giving a weekend retreat at our Arlington property.

More About Our Guests Speakers…


Pravrajiika Vedaprana joined the convent in January 1969.  She was initiated by Swami Ashokananda and took brahmacharya and sannyas vows from Swami Aseshananda.  She has given small retreats for the last 6 years in Northern California and Santa Barbara.

Pravrajika Preetiprana joined the convent in February 1987.  She was initiated by Swami Bhaskarananda and took brahmacharya and sannyas vows from Swami Swahananda.  She is one of the Sunday School teachers.

Both nuns work at the New Temple in San Francisco and at the Olema Retreat in Marin County.
